This is Karrie, and I think almost any kind of music is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm a music freak, if you haven't noticed. It's my life, and I just thought you'd like to know that.
Anyway my point of this is that I'd like to know what groups you guys like.
If you want to know what groups I like, go to the other topic in this thread that's like "why do I always have to start these a.k.a. the metal thread" or something like that.
I will do that then
Staind, System Of A Down, Linkin Park, Disturbed, Slipknot, Iced Earth, A Perfect Circle, Nickelback, Nirvana, Godsmack, Blind Guardian, Iron Maiden...the list goes on, but basically anything thats hard, or metal, or punk, i will listen to.
Also 3 Days Grace, Breaking Benjamin, and Puddle Of Mud rock!
I like Vanessa Carlton, Billy Gilman, Martina McBride, the list goes on, but those are my favorites right now. Caitlin
My favorite groups are: Evanescence, Maroon 5, Hoobastank, Bowling For Soup, ShEdAiSY, Dream, and many more
Sopor Aeternus.Marilyn Manson.Sisters of Mercy.Iron Maiden.As She Cries.HIM.
Even though they're gone, I really liked the A-Teens and Dream Street. Heheheh. Caitlin

Hmm, some groups that rock in my eye well I guess I'm going to have to say, Puddle of Mudd, Linkinpark, Seven dust, Metallica, Limp Bizkit. well I listen to everything from Adema to Trust company, thee are tons more , but I don't feel like going through the whole alphabet that will take forever lol. Well bye for now.

In the woods..., soilwork, in flames, Sins of thi beloved, Nightwish, Gardenian, Katatonia, Sinistry, cathedral, loved one lost, Sonata arctica, Tiamat and At the Gates!
Aphex twin is pretty cool, I like a lot of stuff though... fatboy slim, system of a down, korn sometimes... and generally anything so long as it's not slow country (that always makes me think of fat people) or classical which can be alright.
James
P.S.,
Doesn't anyone else think it amusing that there are 10 exclamation points after the title of this topic?
Dream is bomb and I met Holly! Yayayaya! And James I thin kteh exclamation doobs aer funny too...Lol...You cna all laugh now.
Butterfly Balcher, Stevey Rey Vaun, Phil Collins, Elton John, The Beatles, Evanesindce, Technatronics, James tailer, Killy Minock, Five For Fighting,, Eve 6, Sublime, Terry Jacks, Marven Gay, Madonna, Brandi, Eminem, R. E. Hess, Mark Holflor, Kelly Clarkston, Toni Brakston, R.E.M., Navonna, Garbage, Dianna Ross and the Supreems, Buddy Holly, Donna Summer, KC and the SSunshine Band, Toni Bazzle, Will Smith, Lens, Lit, Marteena McBride, Faith Hill, The Toys, Black Car, Backstret Boys, The Spice Girls, The Black Jet, Gloria EEstephon, I'll stop there.... LOL
Right now, the Detachment Kit, Interpole, the Music, Radiohead, Suede, Rockets and Blue Lights, Does (new album is awesome), the Streets (coolest rap group ever), Outlandish (Danish hip hop group with a lot of hispanic and arabic influences, really cool), Damien Rice, DJ Shadow, Fountains of Wayne .. that's enough to start with
Beatles, Wings, Paul McCartney solo, Ringo Starr, George Harrison, John Lennon, The Doors, ELO, Led Zeppelin, Johnny Cash, AC/DC, Queen, Elvis Presley, Carl Perkins, Jerry Lee Lewis, Roy Orbison, Coldplay, Green Day, U2, Buddy Holly, Jimi Hendrix, Robert Palmer, Prince, The B-52's, The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Frank Zappa, They Might Be Gianta, "Weird" Al Yankovic, R.E.M., Ultravox, The Boomtown Rats, Dire Straits, Robert Johnson, Hank Williams Sr., Hank Williams Jr., The Police and that just scratches the surface.
Billy Joal rocks! Jimmy Hendricks, but then again his picture should be next to the deffinition of "rocks" in the dictionary, so he's a given. The Beatles, of course. Metallica, Deep Purple, White Snake, Green Day, Evanescence and Vanessa Carlton, although they're both more pop than anything else, Stevey Ray Vaun and Steve Vi, Rush, Dream Theatre, Three Doors Down, Radio Head, The Rolling Stones, another of course, Alanis Moreset, Paul Simon, sort of soft rock really, Phil Collins and Elton John are great because their music reaches into almost every genre from rock to soft rock to pop to techno to balads, Yanni, well he sort of rocks in a non-metal, non-punk sort of way, Linkin Park, their earlier stuff, The Greatful Dead, Queen, that sort of goes with out saying as they are legendary, as is Guns and Roses, Nervana,. I never really cared for Puddle of Mud and although I love to sing with their songs on the radio I don't think that Nickle Back, Five for Fighting, Third Eye Blind, Maroon Five,or Blink One Eighty Two are anything special, a little to poppish for my taste. Iron Maidin is great music to excersize to, as is U2. I am not ashamed to admit that I like N'Sync, the Backstreet Boys, Madana, Jewl, Michelle Branch and Ninety-eight Degrees very early CDs. Oh, and Dream. I wouldn't say that they rock or rocked, but I did really like their sound. It's too bad they never went further than they did. There are so many more, but this is already way too long of a list. Oh yeah, and someone mentioned System of a Down, Yay!
Almost everyone from Josh Groban to Metallica. No wrap or hip-hop for me.
Nickelback rocks!
I adore the fray.
Hello! Oriol here. LEssee... What music I like. Rock basically. I love groups like Billy talent, especially their newest album billy talent II. What else what else. Relient k, system of a drug, er down, autopilot off, sugarcult, the red jumpsuit apparatus, bowling for soup, panic! at the disco.. lots more. I also like some spanish groups, and I've about 50gigs of music in my ipod and don't listen to most of it :P.
i'll listen to pretty much anything except country, classical, and opera. I like mostly rap and R&B, though.
I'll also listen to almost anything, not including stuff that is or is like death metal (I like rock, but death metal's just creepy to me). And I'm not much into most music without words unless it's piano or symphony music or some rock songs. Otherwise, I think I like or would like something from just about any other music. Anyway, my favorite bands would have to be Creed, and *thinks*, ... I really can't think of any other band this is one of the bands where I have almost all their original CD's and can say I like and listen to the majority of their songs. Hmmm. Other, than, that ... most other artists I like are either thru "best of/greatest hits" CD's or songs that I've heard on the radio so I don't know whether or not I would like songs outside of that as I haven't heard those songs. Some of these include Exposé, Wilson Philips, Mariah Cary, Journey/Steve Perry, The Eagles, and I'm sure others I just can't think of at the moment. *smile*
I also forgot to include that I like most songs by Stix as well.
Evanescence!!! Need I say more!
